Use the Physiodose physiological saline solution as follows:

For Nasal Hygiene

1. Lean your head back and gently insert the end of the saline solution applicator into a nostril to deliver a dosage.
2. Squeeze the solution gently into the nose.
3. Repeat for the other nostril.
4. Lean your head gently forward again and allow the solution to flow out.
5. Do not blow your nose for a few minutes afterwards to allow it to set in. A waiting time of 2-5 minutes is appropriate.

For Ocular Hygiene

1. Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid with one hand.
2. Squeeze the solution gently into your eye where you have pulled down your lower eyelid.
3. Blink several times to allow the saline solution to spread evenly across the eye.
4. Wipe away excess with a clean tissue, and repeat the process for the other eye.

Always wash your hands before and after application for both your nose and eyes, and carefully close the vial after us.
