A traditional herbal medicinal product used to help relieve premenstrual symptoms such as: irritability, mood swings, breast tenderness, bloating and menstrual cramps, based on traditional use only.
Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: Take 15-20 drops in a little water twice daily. The effects of this product may not be felt immediately. For best results you may need to take this product for up to 3 months. For oral use only. Don't take more than 40 drops a day.
1 ml (33 drops) contains 895 mg of tincture from Agnus castus fruits (Vitex agnus castus L.) (1:10). Extraction solvent: ethanol 69.5% v/v. The other ingredients used for the liquid are ethanol and water.

?If you have a pituitary disorder.
?If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breast-feeding.

?You have suffered from a pituitary disorder

?Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
?Do not use this product after the expiry date which is stated on the packaging. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
?Use within 3 months of opening.
?Store in the original packaging.
Do ot use this product if you notice a change in colour. It should be a clear liquid that is yellow-brown in colour.
?Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help protect the environment.
