Lemon Tea tree essential oil has an intensely lemony aroma with a fizzy, bright top note. Grown in Australia and South Africa, Lemon Tea-Tree is in the same aromatic family as the Tea Tree shrub, but carries a citrus, lemony fragrance. Popular in household gardens of Australia as an insect repellent, Lemon Tea Tree can also be used in a host of everyday aromatherapy preparations.
It is ideal in massage blends (in a carrier oil) to help with digestive complaints and to calm the nervous system. In a diffuser, it is said to uplift the mind and stimulate the senses, easing mood and dispelling mental tension.
Lemon Tea Tree is lemony and bright and blends well with Lavender, Coriander and Orange.
