How to Use

Week 1: Apply the cream to the underarm area for 4 consecutive days.

Week 2: Use the cream on alternate days.

Week 3: Apply the cream for 2 consecutive days, then alternate its use for the remainder of the week.

On days when the cream is not applied, you can use a regular deodorant roll-on or spray to maintain freshness.
