Cardamom essential oil is sweet and warm, with a rich aroma. In traditional Ayurvedic therapies the spice was used in preparations to assist the body through a virus and to aid in digestive complaints.
It is ideal in massage blends (in a carrier oil) to apply to the stomach and ease cramps and indigestion. In a diffuser, it is used to boost and awaken the mind, and support the body when recovering from illness.
Cardamom has a warm, spicy but sweet aroma and blends well with exotic floral oils such as Neroli & Ylang Ylang and with other spice-based oils such as Ginger and Coriander.

Any orders placed on a working day will be generally dispatched on the next working day (subject to stock availability). For all orders, you will receive your goods with 5-8 working days.
