The trace mineral chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, is included at a generous 200?g per two tablets. This is considerably more than you will find in many multis.

Magnesium has been included at 300mg per two tablets as this mineral is involved in over 300 metabolic processes in the body and diets based on highly processed foods will provide at best borderline levels.

Cinnamon has been a favourite with herbalists for many years and we have included a full 2000mg of cinnamon bark, the same potency of extract used in published studies.
