01. Cleanse Gently lather skin with a hypo-allergenic foaming cleanser 1-2 times a day. We recommend Cicaplast Lavant B5 02. Rinse Use plenty of water to rinse until skin is thoroughly clean and dry. Don't rub skin. 03. Refresh Spritz with soothing and cooling spring water for added relief and to keep skin hydrated. We recommend Thermal Spring Water
