Application Tips
To maximise your La Roche sun protection, we recommend applying the Anthelios line 30 minutes before sun exposure in generous layers over the face and body. Continue to reapply every two hours to maintain protection, particularly after swimming, perspiring or towelling off. Always shake well before use, and avoid exposure to the sun at the hottest hours of the day!
To use Posthelios, liberally apply where needed as soon as you’re safe indoors and away from the sun to soothe any redness as soon as possible.
