1. Twist pump head to ‘Open’ or to the position that distributes the balm.
2. Press down on the pump head to release a generous amount of the balm on your hand.
3. Rub palms together to spread the balm evenly over your hands.
4. Massage the balm gently into the skin for instant relief and hydration.
5. Apply once or twice a day, 7 days a week.
6. Can be used in combination with dermocorticoids.
