New Clarins Joli Rouge Velvet is a long-wearing and lightweight lipstick with a soft and luscious texture that dresses the lips in intense colour and gives a luminous matte finish. Combining Mango Oil and Organic Glasswort lips stay supple, hydrated and nourished.

Use: Apply to the lips whenever desired for a matte finish.
Its soft texture makes the lipstick very easy to apply. For a more striking make-up result, trace the lip contours with a lip pencil, then apply Joli Rouge Velvet.
