Our bodies obtain vitamin D from two sources our diet and from the action of sunlight on our skin which drives the natural production within the body. Vitamin D is increasingly in the news as more and more research highlights the importance of this nutrient. Lamberts® also produces vitamin D 1000iu (25µg) tablets that are often recommended to anyone who is known to be deficient in vitamin D. Daily Intake: 1 tablet
